Who We Are
RV's Done Right started business in Sebastian Florida to provide mobile RV repair services to the local community and all travelers in our area. Having worked in the RV industry for over seven years, we decided to take our expertise directly to our customers. Instead of making an appointment weeks out at the big RV dealers, call RVs Done Right and we will come to your location. No more upending your vacation to get a repair done right!
Mission Statement – We intend to treat our customers the way we would want to be treated. We will stand by our repairs and do our best to get your RV back into working condition!
Company policies – If we can't answer the phone immediately, we will always call you back! We will set a time to meet with you to perform a Service Diagnostic appointment. Projects that can be fixed at that time may be repaired during the Service Call. We charge a minimum of one-half hour of the service hour rate. If parts need to be ordered, you will receive an estimate of charges for your approval before we go forward with the work. We get paid once the repair is completed!
Owner Operator - Lenny Houck has been in the RV repair industry for more than seven years. He is a RVIA Certified Master Technician and values doing a job right. He is a Navy veteran, has worked in the construction and drilling industry, and has the entrepreneurial spirit needed to create the service oriented company of RVs Done Right.
